Plain-language launch terms for how families, vendors, and administrators should use the MyGradHub MVP.
This page is an MVP launch baseline for client review. It should be reviewed and finalized by the project owner before a wider public launch.
Use of the service
- MyGradHub is intended to help families create graduation profiles, collect memories, browse vendors, and manage related inquiries.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of profile details, memory captions, vendor inquiry details, and uploaded content.
- Users should not upload content they do not have permission to share, especially photos involving students, family members, or minors.
Vendor and payment expectations
- Vendor listings and inquiries are part of the MVP workflow and may require direct follow-up before any service is confirmed.
- Stripe checkout support is being introduced as a deposit/reservation path, not a full vendor payout or marketplace settlement system.
- Refunds, cancellations, disputes, tax handling, and vendor payout rules should be finalized before using live payments broadly.
Launch-stage limitations
- The MVP may change as the owner gathers real family and vendor feedback.
- The project owner should review these terms before public launch and replace them with final legal language as needed.
