Launch baseline

Privacy

How MyGradHub should describe the data it collects and displays during the launch phase.

This page is an MVP launch baseline for client review. It should be reviewed and finalized by the project owner before a wider public launch.

Information MyGradHub handles

  • Account information such as name, email, and role is used to sign users in and route them to the right workspace.
  • Graduation profile details, story text, photos, and memories are used to build the family profile and public share page.
  • Vendor inquiries may include contact name, email, phone, event details, service interest, and the message a family submits.
  • Administrative views show account, inquiry, vendor, and readiness information so the project owner can operate the platform.

Public share pages

  • When a graduation profile is published, the public share page can be viewed by anyone with the link.
  • Families should avoid publishing anything they would not want visible to extended family, friends, or other link recipients.
  • Photos may include graduates, family members, classmates, or minors, so publishing decisions should be made carefully.

Data requests

  • Users should have a clear path to request corrections, removal of public content, or deletion of account/profile data.
  • Before broader launch, the owner should finalize retention, deletion, and backup expectations for profile photos and inquiry records.

Questions or correction requests

For launch review, route support, correction, and deletion requests through the MyGradHub project owner or the active operations inbox.
